Join Nate and EarthScapeTours in Iceland and experience the midnight sun. Iceland is one of the most beautiful and unique destinations in the world. The landscape is fascinating and unlike any other location with endless waterfalls, black sand beaches, glacier bays, sand dunes, and mars like highlands. Around every turn there is a new adventure (and photo) to enjoy.
Having been there three times in the last two years, Nate has spend endless hours driving, hiking, and exploring this amazing landscape. His knowledge of the area will help to see locations popular and less traveled. The locations will be visited primarily during "non peak" hours so that you will not be over crowded by tour buses and tourists. Some of the locations that may be visited include:

We will pick you up at a predetermined location in the morning and leave by 8am at the latest. Almost all flights arrive by then so it should be fine!
Drop off on the last day will be in the afternoon. Most flights leave then but if you need to leave the next morning, please book a hotel...perhaps the BLUE LAGOON!
Transport will be in an SUV of some sort, with room to fit 4 passengers + driver + luggage but please pack responsibly so that everyone has room to store their belongings!
WHAT TO PACK?
Bring a variety of layers and be prepared for wind, rain, and sunshine. The temperatures in June range 40 degrees to 65 so adjust accordingly. There may be multiple rainy days so also bring something for that.

FITNESS REQUIREMENTS
Iceland is at sea level and most of the walks we'll be doing are from mild to moderate. You should be able to hike & walk up to 4 miles maximum with some hills. The footing will be sandy or rocky in some places but overall it is a very safe region (the areas we'll be going to). A complete injury health waiver will be sent to sign after the first payment is received (again, purchase your own trip insurance!)
